These Terms govern your use of the Strata Analytics platform. By creating an account or connecting QuickBooks, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
- Strata Analytics is a business intelligence tool that interprets financial data to help you make decisions. It is not an accounting, audit, tax or investment advisory service.
- Indicators, forecasts and recommendations are informational and deterministically derived from your data; they do not constitute professional financial advice.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
- You must be authorized to connect the QuickBooks data of each company you add.
3. QuickBooks integration
- The connection to QuickBooks Online is made through Intuit's official authorization (OAuth 2.0).
- We use QuickBooks data only to provide the service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- You may disconnect QuickBooks at any time; this stops future syncs.
4. Acceptable use
- You must not use the platform for unlawful activities or attempt to breach its security or that of third parties.
- You must not access data for companies you are not authorized to.
5. Availability and liability
- The service is provided "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted availability.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made based on the analysis; always verify with your accountant or advisor.
6. Changes and termination
- We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated in the platform.
- You may stop using the service and delete your data at any time.
